The airport shuttle transfers are shared air-conditioned vans that connect to hotel-hubs in downtown Singapore. Depending on the size of your travel group and budget, the transportation available from Changi Airport are:

Airport shuttle buses which are air-conditioned mini vans that operates every 15 minutes, across the four major terminals. Only one baggage and one carry-on is allowed per passenger in these shuttle buses.

Private transfer services from Changi can take up to 6 passengers or more(depending on the size of the vehicle). Luggage capacity varies from vehicle-to-vehicle, each passenger allowed one standard suitcase and one carry-on baggage.

• Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
• Guests are kindly requested to be ready in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the pickup time to avoid any delays.
• Please ensure to provide accurate details, including the hotel address, during the booking process to facilitate smooth arrangements.
• Please note that if the guest fails to report within the designated time, it will be considered a No Show.
• In such cases, there will be no option for rescheduling or refund. We kindly request guests to adhere to the scheduled pick-up time to ensure a smooth and timely transfer.

• Departure: 3.5 hours before the flight departure time

• If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 15.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
