Dubai Dolphinarium is open to visitors between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day. The Dolphin Show Dubai is known to have several showtimes scheduled throughout the day. It's suggested that you check the official website of Dubai Dolphinarium for accurate details and event schedules. Booking tickets ahead of time or arriving early helps you get enough time to visit other attractions.

There are many ways to reach Dubai Dolphinarium from the city centre. You can opt for a car rental or take a taxi via the Sheikh Zayed Rd/E11 route. It will take you approximately 16 minutes to reach the destination via car. If you prefer using public transport, you can also choose to take a Bus No. E16 from Sabkha, Bus Station 1, which is available every 2 hours. Buses usually take around 46 minutes to reach the destination. 

• Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the session commences.
• Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
• The timings for transfers may vary, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• All entrants must pay AED 5 to enter Creek Park with a NOL card; for tourist without NOL card, you can purchase this card at Creek Park Gate 1 amounting to AED 25 with AED 19 credit
• Children under the age of 2 years are admitted free of charge.
• For water activity, Children must be 8 years old or above, and confident swimmers.
• The venue usually provides basic facilities such as seating, refreshments, and souvenir shops.
• Pregnant women and people with injuries will not be allowed swimming with dolphin
• Swim with Dolphins' sessions will remain operational and accept bookings for this period.
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

• If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 15.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
