For instance, if you’re arriving at the place at 10.00 am, the entire session gets over at 11.00 am. It covers the basic overview of the ride, training videos, and some hands-on before getting into the real flying.

Each person will be given a slot. They have to come at the allotted timing and enjoy the ride without any delay. Thus, it facilitates all the participants to get their most anticipated experience without waiting in queues.

In this exciting ride, one can be raised as high as 3 meters in the air, which is considered as the perfect height to get the bird’s eye view. Ifly in Dubai is also featured with the wind tunnel, having 10 meters tall with acrylic glass wall. The device is highly tuned, providing you exactly the right amount of air flow to balance your whole body and get unlimited enjoyment.

The iFly activity is conducted exactly on the third floor, Play National Area, City Centre Mirdif, Ghoroob, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, United Arab Emirates.

The bus line stops near Mirdif are 367, 63E, and F10. One can reach the destination either by bus, metro, or car. There are also shuttle buses provided to reach the mall.

Yes. This iFly activity is equally entertaining for kids as well. Children over the age of 3 years can indulge in this enthralling activity and make their dreams a reality. However, children starting from 3 years can be allowed, only after signed permission given by either of his parent or guardian.

Just like adults, the kids also need to follow the safety lessons and learn the skills. Here, they can take as much as time they want to get comfortable with the device and then go for the ride.

• Please carry valid ID proof/Passport along with you. During the activity.
• Please arrive 30min prior to the confirmed slot to avoid disappointment.
• There are many restrictions that are in place to ensure your safety while you enjoy the experience of indoor skydiving.
• The restrictions are as followed: flyers cannot be pregnant, have previously dislocated their shoulders, are not under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs, not wearing a plaster cast,
• Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and also wear something warm (it can get very chilly in the wind tunnel)
• Children under 3 years old are not permitted to enter.
• Participants must not be over 115 Kg.
• There will be NO refund for partly utilized services and in case if the guest doesn’t show up at the start time mentioned in the tour itinerary, the service provider reserves the right to charge a 100% no-show fee.
• Please get signed permission from a parent or guardian if under the age of 18, and you must have signed iFly’s waiver form.

• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services

• If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 15.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
