Ski Dubai

The person entering for Ski has to be at least 3 years old below which one is not allowed. Moreover, children from 3 to 13 years old have to be accompanied by their parents.

Approximately -2 to -3 degrees! It does seem like a reverse from what Dubai climate is outside to a tundra climate inside. So it is also advised to take care of body temperature switch conditions before and after Ski Dubai visit.

There are two types of penguins at Ski Dubai – Gentoo Penguins and King Penguins. Gentoo Penguins are the third largest while the King Penguins are the second-largest penguin species in the world. Both these penguins are birds that lay off eggs.

The Gentoo Penguins feature a white cap extending between both their eyes overhead. While the King Penguins are characterized by their black color, a chin, and a throat with an orange hue and several tear-shaped patches. Both types of penguins primarily feed on small fish variants.

• For Snow premium, our operations will coordinate with you and the slot to be booked needs to be confirmed latest 48 hours prior to the visit date.
• The guest needs to carry our confirmation mail at the venue for Snow Premium. If you do not receive the same, please check with our team on the booking status before visiting.
• Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
• Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
• To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg
• Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
• Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
• Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Working hours: from 10 am to midnight)
• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
• Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
• NOTE - Venue is not wheelchair accessible, Pregnant ladies are not allowed on the activities.

• If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 15.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
